Have you tried colour pencils on wet paper?
Some effects should look like a watercolors or even greater, cause more intensive.
But it's a very hard technique. Sometimes even very frustrating. A pure challange.
But when you'll know what you're doing, then it might be your primary creation technique.
As for me... I've tried some time ago this technique and unfortunately i've failed.
I've drop it behind and never come back to it. But after what i have seen
on the web i could experiment some more with this. [link]
